This group is designed for those who want to better understand their attachment style, improve their relationships, and cultivate deeper self-awareness. Whether you’re single, in a relationship, or healing from a breakup, this group offers tools and support for creating secure and fulfilling connections.
This is an ideal space for those who are ready to explore their relational patterns, integrate embodiment practices, and receive support in a non-clinical, growth-oriented space.
Is this group a form of therapy?
No, this group is not a therapy group. While we will engage in deep personal growth work, this space is designed for psychoeducation, healing, embodiment practices, and supportive community connection, rather than clinical therapy.
What kind of support does this group provide?
This group offers guidance, tools, and practices to help you regulate your nervous system, deepen self-awareness, and expand your capacity for love and connection. It is a space for learning and transformation, but it is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care.
What will I gain from participating?
By the end of the group, you’ll:
Understand your attachment patterns and how they show up in relationships.
Learn tools for effective communication, setting boundaries, and managing triggers.
Heal old wounds that may be blocking connection.
Build emotional availability and openness to love.
Join a supportive community of like-minded women.
Do I need prior knowledge of attachment theory?
Not at all! This group is beginner-friendly, and we’ll cover all the foundational concepts of attachment theory early in the program.
What’s the structure of the sessions?
Each 75-minute session includes:
A short teaching segment on the week’s theme.
Guided exercises (journaling, somatic practices, role-playing).
Group sharing and discussions in a supportive, confidential environment.
Tools to practice and integrate between sessions.
I’m nervous about sharing in a group setting. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Many participants feel nervous at first, and we honor that. You’re encouraged to participate at your own pace, and there’s no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable.
What if I miss a session?
While we encourage attending all sessions for the full experience, we understand that life happens. If you need to miss a session, you’ll still receive the replay plus any handouts or homework for that week.
