I'm Dr. Rachel, a Clinical Psychologist, Intimacy Coach, Relationship Expert, and Lover of All Things Deep Connection and Authentic Love. I'll never forget the first time I encountered a huge loss. I was 19 years old and my father died unexpectedly. It wasn't just the deep grief that was hard, it was that I had no idea how to be with it. No one around me knew how to help me cope, and I felt alone with the tremendous pain and fear that came from losing my dad. Having recently lost my beloved dog, and encountering many other ends, changes, and losses in between the two - I've come to regard grief as a teacher. And I am so grateful that I now know how to be with the pain that loss brings in ways that bring me closer to love, not further away from it.

WHAT IF I WANT EXTRA SUPPORT?

When you enroll in Embodied Grief, you have the ability to upgrade to add a bonus live 60 minute 1:1 session. This is a private coaching session where you can ask Dr. Rachel for guidance and support.

IS THIS COURSE A REPLACEMENT FOR THERAPY?

 While this course offers valuable tools for personal healing, it is not a substitute for professional therapy or mental health treatment. If you’re struggling with deep or prolonged grief, it may be helpful to seek additional support from a therapist.
