HOW DOES THE SELF-STUDY FORMAT WORK?
The course is designed for self-paced learning. You’ll have access to all the materials—videos, guided exercises, worksheets, and journaling prompts—so you can complete the course on your own time and at your own pace.
WHAT IF I WANT EXTRA SUPPORT?
When you enroll in Embodied Grief, you have the ability to upgrade to add a bonus live 60 minute 1:1 session. This is a private coaching session where you can ask Dr. Rachel for guidance and support.
IS THIS COURSE A REPLACEMENT FOR THERAPY?
While this course offers valuable tools for personal healing, it is not a substitute for professional therapy or mental health treatment. If you’re struggling with deep or prolonged grief, it may be helpful to seek additional support from a therapist.
CAN I SHARE THE MATERIALS WITH OTHERS?
The course materials are intended for personal use only. If you know someone who might benefit from the course, please encourage them to enroll separately.
CAN I CONTACT THE INSTRUCTOR FOR GUIDANCE DURING THE COURSE?
Since this is a self-study course, there is no direct interaction with Dr. Rachel, unless you upgrade to work with her 1:1. However, you will have access to thorough instructions and reflective prompts to guide you throughout the process.
WHAT IF I FEEL OVERWHELMED WITH EMOTIONS THAT COME UP DURING THE COURSE?
Grief can be a deeply emotional experience, and it's important to go at your own pace. The course is designed to offer gentle guidance, but if emotions feel too overwhelming, it's okay to take breaks or seek support from a trusted friend, therapist, or grief support group.
